NEET 2024 ELIGIBILITY
AGE REGULATION
Prospective candidates have to be 17 years old by December 31, 2024. Thus, candidates may apply as many as they would like as long as they are older than 17 years old. The authorities have removed the maximum age for NEET 2024.
NATIONALITY
The NEET 2024 exam is open to all Indian citizens, non-resident Indians (NRIs), people of Indian origin (PIOs), and foreign nationals who are overseas citizens of India (OCIs).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Candidates must have completed class 12 or its equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as required by an authorized board. A minimum combined score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is also required for applicants in the general category; for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, the score must be at least 40% in those subjects.
Candidates who have passed their Class 12 Board exam from Open Schools will now be eligible for NEET 2024.
